Returns Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the original packaging as well as unused/lightly used and in the same condition that you received it.
To request return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and explain that you want to return your purchase for a refund and that you are going to package/ship the product back. Please print off our conversation thread and your order number and include that in the package that you will ship to us.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will instead be given a 'credit' in the form of a gift card to our website.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours of approval. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your original method of payment. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. Our lifetime warranty covers the product so if there are any defects, send us an email with photos of the defective product at firstname.lastname@example.org and make sure to include your shipping address. At this point, we'll create a replacement order for you and get it shipped out to you right away!
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card code will be sent to you via email.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and the original purchaser will receive correspondence regarding the return/refund.
Please note, shipping fees are not refundable. Additionally, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Please note, all orders are shipped from Canada or USA. Please take this into account when estimating transit times when receiving your original order or replacement order.
If you are shipping a return or exchange with a value over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
